We are a Full service Marketing, Sales, and Development Firm.
Our first year in business we did 5.3 million in Gross Revenue, a great year! We expect a better one in 2010. We would be happy to meet with anyone in our office in Cornelius, NC. We specialize in liquidating properties for developer in a secondary market. We currently have contracts on five development projects already this year in excess of 7 million in gross revenue. We have a business model of selling unlike anyone else in the industry.
We are looking to raise $150-300k working capital so we don't have to go outside the company to get Marketing Dollars. This would make us greatly more profitable.
