HugheSteel:A Light Gauge Steel Rolling and Fabrication Center - This plant will take a common flat roll of steel and turn it into the finest most comfortable, healthy environment, “green” organic solar homes and businesses imaginable!

I've been experimenting with light gauge steel framing members for over 20 years and I have developed a superior and simple complete building system. I started in construction 30+ years ago by experimenting with alternative energy efficient structures. I have been using the light gauge steel system for many years, completing and perfecting it along the way, but now the time has come for me to move into the final stage of this evolution: roll-forming all the materials – studs (“C” sections), channel and sheeting. Although this is a huge part of my plan, it is only the components aspect, the products are assembled from these components and comprise the most energy efficient, light gauge steel, organic solar, healthy living environments available. It is the combination of my experience, talent and knowledge in the areas of construction, light gauge steel production and design and passive/organic solar and energy efficient background that makes this plan such a powerful and profitable proposal!

This plant, because of my unique experience using the common steel stud and track, will produce profit on three different planes, all three of which are multifaceted and have several flexible aspects for adjustment in markets and trends.

The plants central point is the rolling lines, long precise machines that take a flat stock of steel and roll it into various shapes, in this case “C” section and regular track, plus ribbed sheeting and a standing seam roofing panel. Two combination machines will do this. They are just the material makers, no small thing, but when you know the larger picture, you will see they are only one link in a very impressive chain.
