In 2009 the Pet Insurance industry was valued at $384m* in premiums paid and is forecast to exceed $500m* by 2012 as interest in insuring pets has and will increase at a rate of approximately 25%**.

Pet Protection Plus clients are pet owners who want to protect their pet without paying out costly premiums to Pet insurance companies of which they may never need.

Less than .5%** of pet owners currently insure their pet, based on the number of pets in relationship to the number of policies written.

Pet Protection Plus will realize much more significant numbers in the product it offers because it is Pet Assurance vs. Pet Insurance, which is much more attractive and carries less risk.

Pet Protection Plus is currently in the startup stages and is building its management team and looking for seed money in the amount of $1M for final development, recruiting of its management and the beginnings of its aggressive marketing campaigns. Additional rounds of funding of approximately $5M would be required as needed.

Pet Protection Plus is owned by a privately held Florida corporation and currently under the management and development of Richard Hart, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Pet Protection Plus is projecting an eventual gross annual income of approximately $60M and would offer an IPO in its fourth year of operations as an exit strategy.
