Hi my names Devin Young of "Young Enterprises LLC" and I have a new company that has been open since may of 2009. My company buys apartment buildings and retail malls. Majority of the deals I do have a 10% cap rate or higher so Im looking for an investor who wants to make higher returns than usual on their money.
