Customer Service Startup Assembled Lands $3.1M Funding From Stripe
The US-based customer service logistics startup, Assembled, has lifted $3.1 million funding from San Francisco’s software technology Stripe. Basis Set Ventures and Signalfire have also participated in the funding. With this investment, Assembled is aiming to build more tools and expand its services in customer support logistics.
Assembled was founded by Ryan Wang in 2018. It is a customer service logistics startup that offers tools to new organizations and gives a high level of customer support. It is re-thinking outdated call center software although, it is planning to provide expertise to all the organizations that need the best customer services. It tackles three main challenges such as scheduling, forecasting, and real-time data.
The two software which belongs to customer relationship management (CRM), SAP and Salesforce are used to manage incoming and outgoing sales action. However, there is less probability of a solution when it comes to motivating the team for using software and getting feedback from the customer. So many companies are using calendar apps and Google sheets to answer the question, such as when is the peak times for calls and who is better in dealing with individual issues. Hence, Assembled is working with them to help in those kinds of issues and many more.
Founder of Assembled, Ryan Wang said, Assembled wants to become the only operating system services for all the support teams. The ultimate focus of the startup would be on the performance of agents. Our team wants to learn about the top-notch performers of Stripe and how they manage their time and how they leverage the data in empowering decision-making.
Stripe has been successful with its payment and funding processing business. Besides, it has invested in some other platforms such as Grammarly, Gofundme, and Harry’s and Hopper.
Stripe’s Head of Operations, Bob van Winden said that Assembled is offering us useful solutions. Besides, millions of businesses are dependent on Stripe whereas to support those businesses, the Stripe team would pre-occupied every small detail of information for delivering reliable and fast customer service including all hours of phone and chat support. This feature has led us to invest in Assembled, which our teams would be used for maintaining the coordination along with focusing to help Stripe’s users to blossom.
